Last week might have been the busiest week of my life. Elsje and I reworked the Sunday lunch for Decorex's Inspiration Theatre, working with Simonsberg Cheese (Yum!).
I've never done anything like this before and it was quite daunting. After the first talk went relatively smoothly, I didn't fear chopping my fingers off or burning the bread, in full view of the general public. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was great that the audience came and spoke to us afterwards. It seems like people liked what we did!
Errieda du Tiot wrote a very flattering article about us at Decorex, which you can read in today's Burger. Other than that, here are some beautiful photo's, taking by the very talented Roxy, of our Decorex presentation. The table setting was expertly handles by Elsje, while I did the food.
